sprained ankle rehab?

I've had really bad ankles for a while now. A few years ago, Miss Cobaka managed to pull me down, causing me to sprain both ankles quite nicely. Yesterday, she struck again, but I only sprained my right ankle this time.

Suggestions on exercises to rehab them?

At first just the RICE method. I would wait until you feel no pain before doing exercises.

If it is sprained it should be braced for at least a couple of days. Possibly on crutches if sprained bad enough.

Then you'll need to do exercises once they feel better.

I'm still hobbling around, although no crutches and no brace. I know I still have the brace from the last time, but I've checked everywhere I thought it could be, and haven't been able to find it.

I did keep it elevated much of last night.

Also throw in some anti-inflammatory drugs to help with the swelling, in addition to the RICE.

I've been popping prescription Motrin.
