IME age has a lot to do with this. When I lived in Colorado Springs that 24 hour fitness was brand new and very clean. Flash forward 10 years and while its not dirty its just a little run down.

For Lifetimes fitness, Do Regular Physical types of activity, Including Gym, Yoga, Meditation, Aerobic, Cardio etc.

The Lifetime Fitness in Dulles, VA is significantly more expensive and way north of the $50 month per person....almost double.

For existing members, does Lifetime Fitness lock-in your monthly rate once you join like Planet Fitness or do the rates increase when advertised rates increase?
