Traveling with Vitamins page

One of my roommate will be traveling to England in a few weeks (her first visit). Has anyone encountered any trouble carrying your supplements through customs. She will be bringing:

Damage control - multi vitamin
Omega 3 fish oils
L-Tryptohan
Primal Calm
Pro-Biotics
Vitamin D3

Thanks....

I don't know what some of those are, but a few I take with me (multi, flaxseed, VitB) & it's not a problem. She can always check a UK website to see what's permitted/not, or check the UK & Ireland forum in case the question has come up there. They're pretty good w/ links to where the info can be found. Hope she has fun!

Cheers.
