ORD - Good Experience
 

I usually rent from Hertz when I go to Chicago, but the rates for Hertz and most others for a full size was $100 more for a four day rental. So I thought that I would try out Thrifty. The operation is much smaller than Hertz (not a bad thing). The people were very pleasant and they upgraded us to a Chrysler 300 that still had temp. tags on it (actually from Oklahoma). We were pleasantly surprised.
