I just joined Blue Chip (Normally rent from Hertz) Need advice please

I have a week rental coming up in TPA (Tampa Bay) and I normally rent thru Hertz. I have on hold a AAA CDP Infiniti G37 for $483 but with Hertz I can get a Malibu for $163 total for the week. Does anyone know if I can use my Hertz AAA CDP for Thrifty since Hertz owns them now? If I rent from Thrifty can I get Hertz points for doing so?

No, the only way you can get the same rate matched at Thrifty is if Hertz is oversold for the day, and that is is you have a regular reservation... same thing if Thrifty is sold out, and since Dollar/Thrifty hasn't had any agreements with AAA, Costco, etc. I don't expect them to have any discounts set up yet.
