Thrifty Fleet in Germany? (MUC)
Hi,
Thrifty lists their Standard-Size as [Audi A4 or Similar] and Mid-Size as [Ford Mondeo or Similar].
Does anyone have practical experience with what make/models they actually rent in those classes in Germany? I'm looking to pick up at Munich Airport (MUC).
Cheers!

Thrifty's Partner in Germany is Terstappen.
I'm not the perfect expert with them, but it's very likely you will end up with (most likely) poorly equipped cars in these categories.
Terstappen has a lot of A4's, but also some Renault and Toyota cars. Mondeo is also well known in their fleet, along with the VW Passat.
C-Class and 3series form a higher group (FDMR/FDAR).

I have read reports from many unhappy Thrifty customers in Munich anf Frankfurt,I suggest you do a search and see what gives. Problems seem mainly to do with insurance charges
