dsquared37 - I recall you were staying out by the river? I trust that bit works out.....
I must bring Mrs TK into the loop some time soon as well... hopefully mother nature, and perhaps human nature, will allow a gathering of sorts...
Cheers, TK

SGS
At SGS until 8Nov.
The only evidence of any problem is sandbags in some places on Suk. and the hotel is running around 40%, but feels more like 15-20.

You remember correctly. For that evening, Nov 8, we're looking at something more central even though it's not well suited to our tastes. As well, with a late arrival and mid-morning departure, being proximal to BTS is likely in our favor.

Its our last two nights, so may or may not be available. Staying SGS on Sukhumvit. I'll monitor this thread and see how things evolve.

I had suggested the rooftop bar at 4P (I think); but it's now closed due to the extermely low occupancy rates which are plaguing the city. I'm at SGS, as is RichardKopf. TK, you'll be staying here, too? IIRC, TK is here starting November 6. Let's say Tuesday, November 8. BarSu is now open only Thursday-Saturday evenings, so how 'bout we start the evening at the Living Room? 6:30 p.m. work for everyone? Who else is around?

I honestly don't mind heading out semi-late on the 8th for some drinks if people will be around.
