Question : REP - CNX with connection in BKK

My apologies if this has been asked before. I did a search and found some answers but just wanted to confirm again if there's any new changes.

Here's what I'm planning in Oct and would really appreciate all your help.

I'm flying to CNX from REP (Siem Reap, Cambodia), changing flights in BKK.

Flight from REP to BKK taking Bangkok Airways, arriving BKK - 10:45am on a Thursday.

Flight from BKK to CNX taking TG departing @ 12:40pm.

I have a total of 1hr and 55mins connection time. Do I need to put on my running shoes? ;)

As I understand correctly, I need to clear immigration and customs at the first point of entry in Thailand? So, BKK would be my first entry point since I'm flying in from REP, correct?

Does Bangkok Airways have any arrangements with TG for check-in bags?

Can I check-in and tag my lugguage all the way from REP to CNX? Or, do I need to clear immigration, collect my checked bag, go through customs, walk out the arrivals hall like I'm visiting BKK and check-in again at TG's counter?

You are required to clear Immigration at BKK, PG can interline your bags to CNX where you would then clear Customs.

PG recommends 3:00 hours for a int'l <--> dom connection at BKK.

Personally I would try for a less-tight connection, retrieve my bags and clear Customs at BKK and then check-in with TG.

Thank you for replying. I've bought the 5:15pm ticket instead. Unfortunately, it's either the 12:40pm or 5:15pm flight for me to choose from.
If I'm able to make it to the TG check-in counter before the earlier 12:40pm flight, I'll try to request the change if the flight's not full.
If not, I'll just rest in the Star Gold lounges. ;)

TG lounges at BKK are huge and nice.
