Can't comment from personal knowledge. Looks like massive tourist trap.

Massive tourist trap indeed! What would attract you to the "world's largest restaurant" anyway? Give me a hawker stall on a side street any day.

Hawker stall or noodle cart anywhere in town, savings on time and headaches getting out to this tourist trap, plus "captive" mentality of owners in pricing whatever the market will bear. Far too many "good eats" places all over town at reasonable or cheap prices to test a place like this.

I dont know what it's like now but the food wasnt bad for a young Thai boy. Of course, that was 15+ yrs ago when I was living about 10 mins away from it. I dont recall seeing much of foreigners back then either.

Do the waiters still deliver your food on rollerskates? I agree with the others to skip the place. If you want some suggestions, let me know.

rgds,
Drew
