I usually book AOT’s car service - easy and reliable.

Are you sure you are looking at the correct web site? Unless they are driving you to Hua Hin in a BMW it should not be $200. Assuming your bones are in USD.

Lol thanks... the OP didn't provide a URL so I googled for AOT and came up with https://aotglobal.com/ - totally different company. I'll take a look at this other one, thank you!
AOT (Airports of Thailand) limo service should set you back around 1,000-1,150 baht for the standard Isuzu MU-5 transfer, which includes tolls and all. |

Hopefully you did look at their website and saw that they do not even serve Bangkok, right?

Nope, clicked on the reservation system immediately and plugged in bkk and the hotel and it mapped it and took payment. Cancelled and booked with the proper AOT so all set now - thanks!
Glad you got it sorted in the end! Do note that if you want to prebook on the way back to the airport, they have a 24 hr prior to pick-up cut-off. |

That is interesting, as BKK does not feature on their list of served cities

Actually picking a taxi from the airport is easy and pretty straight forward as well. They have a ticket system, you receive all the details from your taxi driver and car before you step in. There is an option to get a bigger taxi "Toyota Fortuner" in case you have big luggage. If you want to use a limosine service, there are several AOT booths where you can just get a car.

Just got what they have as SUV from the large taxi booking self counter. 3 large suitcases, 2 carry ons and a guitar and he asked if I was willing to pay a flat rate of 600 including the toll? I took it of course. Nice new vehicle with good ac in it and two bottles of water as well thrown into the mix.

Agree, probably a better deal for you than the driver. |
