Thailand Pass Application; admin question
 

I got 3 jabs with the same vaccine. 2 beginning of 21 and booster just 4 weeks ago.
I have two vaccination certificates, one for 2/2 and one for 3/3 with a QR code each and the yellow WHO booklet with all 3 jabs listed

For Thailand Pass I have to list TWO dates of vaccination and upload two documents and 2 QR codes...
so which one in my case...

You can add additional vaccinations (there is a button/link under the 2 that are already on the page saying something like "add vaccination"), and enter all 3.

The following worked for me and got a quick approval:
The first doc (required): My 2/2 certificate
The second (required): My 2/2 certificate again
The third (optional add-on): My 3/3 certificate

In all cases, I also uploaded the QR code in the relevant area.

I listed all 3 jabs and loaded two time certificate 2/2 and for the added jab the certificate 3/3

got approval at first attempt after 4 hours 14 minutes
