6. Isaan, Thailand
Chiang Mai? Bangkok? Phuket? Been there, done that. Those looking for a piece of Thailand that's still largely unexplored by the international market should head for the northeast region, referred to as Isaan.
This vast section of Thailand is equipped with excellent infrastructure that includes several domestic airports and a range of upmarket hotels.
You know that sticky rice and papaya salad that's all the rage in trendy New York restaurants? Here's where it comes from. Along with plenty of other fantastic dishes that are among the country's best -- provided you can handle a bit of spice. It's impossible to see it all in one visit so you'll have to pick and choose.
There are also ancient Khmer ruins outside Buriram, mountainous national parks in Loei and Bronze Age artifacts in the UNESCO-listed Ban Chiang Archaeological Site. And that's just scratching the surface. You'll just need to come back for more.

Prayuth turns down chance to eat food from Michelin-starred street vendor Jay Fai
https://coconuts.co/bangkok/food-dri...endor-jay-fai/
Though Jay Fai’s food is pricy for street fare — their famous crabmeat omelette starts at THB800 (US$25) — it’s not overly ostentatious and it’s likely the PM often eats food in this price range.
We might have seen his hesitation if he was offered food at some of other 14 Bangkok restaurants to earn a Michelin star. For example, at the two-star Le Normandie inside the Mandarin Oriental hotel, a main course can set you back as much as THB7,800 (US$242), according to Frommer’s.

In fact, for THB 6,200, you can have the full seven course Degustation Menu (without wine). Menu.

As for Wagyu steak, you can get that for "free" at Club IC during happy hour at least two nights a week! It was so finely done that it melted in the mouth like butter

Ouch, this would be the one with NO space to write, correct?
Yes. 3/4 the space, for more information. Have been in use for quite a few months. I would include the address of the first place you are "planning on staying", don't leave it blank. If your plans change, so be it.
New immigration form goes into effect in October
