While not the correct destination for the OP, and girls aside, by far the the most fun place for nightlife I have experienced anywhere, and I don't do GoGos at all. Maybe I like pits.:D

For nightlife I'll pick NOLA anytime, which can certainly be construed as a pit. Give me drink and music and I'll never leave.
