Except for the one in Pat Pong.

Sunday Brunch

Looking for recommendations for Sunday brunch. In going through this thread, there have been references to the Four Seasons, the Conrad, and the Colonnade at the SUKHOTHAI. But most of them are quite dated. Appreciate any recent information. Also, do brunches in Bangkok typically include freeflow champagne/wine...

Thank you.

Sunday Brunch

My favorite brunch buffet is the JW Marriott's in their cafe.

Another buffet you may find of interest is the chocolate buffet at Sukhothai Hotel. It is is offered every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 2.00pm.-6.00pm.

Bangkok brunch and breakfast recommendations [consolidated]

Any recent experiences with Sunday brunch in Bangkok?
  1. What are the prices?
  2. Do they include champagne (1 person does not drink, the others love bubbly)?
  3. Do they have a good variety (1 person in our party cannot eat seafood-will there be enough good selections for him)?
  4. What's the best value for the money (we are willing to splurge if worth it)?

the 2 best brunch in BKK are either at The Sukhothai or Four Seasons. I find the Sukhothai brunch to be more superior than FS.

1) 2,200 ++
2) no, but 1 welcome cocktail
3) yes tons.....but seafood is the highlight...

For FS, it's around 2,400++ ......alcohol (everything) is included.

Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit has free flow of soft-drinks, wine and beer but I don't remember if champagne or at least sparkling wine are included. The buffet is awesome and there is live jazz music.

Price used to be 1800++ per person but I believe it may have increased this year. Their website might have details.

The Sukhothai's Sunday brunch is not only famous for its excellent food quality and selection, but also for being the most beautifully presented food you've ever seen:

Chocolate Buffet?

Not exactly meeting the requirements of the OP but, for a truly unique buffet, the Sukhothai Hotel also has a chocolate buffet Friday, Saturday and Sunday 14.00 - 17.30 hrs.

best sunday brunch imho is the jazz brunch at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit....... i invited my parents last year and they were very impressed too. Including drinks ! Also free sparkling wine.... very good deal. I think it was about 2500THB per person

some buffets are cheaper but here you have wine/sparkling wine and even cocktails included ... so if u have some drinks it will be definitely be worth it.

+1 for Sukhothai. Excellent quality and good range oh and the juice bar with freshly squeezed fruit is one of the main reasons I stay there.

Lebua at State Tower also has a good brunch. Bigger range than Sukhothai but the quality is slightly less IMHO

Gastro 1/6 @ RMA

I think Gastro 1/6 @RMA is a nice place to have full breakfast.
You can have Tortilla jamon or full english breakfast which I love
the bread very much and then end up with French Toast with
fresh fruits and Fruits Yoghurt.

This place is located on Sukhumvit 22 Soi Sainamthip 2 Bangkok
Do not go there on Sunday because it opens on Tuesday
to Sunday.Hope this is a fine suggestion

The Foodland supermarket on Sukhumvit soi 5 across from Amari Boulevard hotel is no more. Don't know what will replace or where the nearest Foodland might be.
