If you try the first-class on Thai you will love the superb service, they will treat you like you never imagine before. The seat aren't that 100% comfort, but to me it's comfort enough. Thai's crew on first-class will provided you almost anything you needed during your flights. upgrade on TG to first from business between LAX/BKK are around $400 range( as an example) and to me such a long flights are well worth it. The food are great too.

Yes the service is good, but service alone can't make you choose TG over say BA or CX when you factor-in the seats on a long-haul flight...

I love the firstclass service on Thai, I mean for the price yes.

But I never like the business class on Thai, have to be honest here it's just an economy.
