Purchase upgrade possible?
I will be travelling SIN-BKK-PVG-BKK-SIN on Y class. All my sectors are confirmed except SIN-BKK which is on waitlist. Though I am a *A Gold member, chances of getting a confirmed flight is slim as the flight is overbooked accordingly to THAI agent.
I will be travelling next month and was wondering if I can purchase a one-way upgrade to C class for the sector that is still on waitlist on Y class. If so, how soon can I do that and how can I go about doing so?
