If you're flying on TG and if their arrival lounge is open by then, then the answer should be "yes". Maybe someone else who's recently arrived knows if this lounge is open yet or not. I won't be arriving till next week so that'll be too late to let you know. Anyways, the www.thaiairways.co.th site states
International Flights

Aircraft docks at the second floor of the concourse except in case of aircraft remotely parked from where you have to be bussed. You then proceed to the arrival lounge for immigration formalities and on to the baggage claims area. There are 17 baggage carousels for international flights. After picking up your baggage and exiting through Customs, you then proceed to the arrival hall where you can find information and service counters regarding transportation, accommodation, money exchange and tourism. The meeting point is on the third Floor. For group travel, passengers have to go to the first Floor to board their coach. Royal First Class passengers will be accompanied through the Immigration Fast Track Service. Royal Silk Class passengers are also entitled to Immigration Fast Track Service.

Royal Orchid Arrival Lounge is provided for Royal First and Royal Silk passengers at the arrival hall to get themselves refreshed before going out for business appointment. Snack and bevergage corner, shower facilities, ironing services as well as business corner are provided to ensure a fresh start in Bangkok.
Oops, sorry, I misread your post. I initially thought you were arriving in BKK, but see that it's the other way around and you're arriving in CDG, so don't know the answer in that case, but would doubt that TG has any arrival lounge for you there.

But maybe Air France has, since when disembarking, you will be taken care of by AF ground staff who will escort you to the bagage claim area, and wait until you get you stuff and leave the airport, so they may take you to an arrival lounge if desired. You could perhaps send a fax to the French TG staff (sorry, no email available) at their office which can be found here:
http://www.thaiairways.fr/france/bureaux.htm
and ask them about your request

Arrivals lounge at CDG

TG doesnt have an arrivals lounge in CDG. You might be allowed into the LH Senator lounge on the domestic terminal, but that doesnt have shower facilities. I am not sure you will be allowed into a TG-partnered lounge as I dont believe CDG has an arrivals lounge concept.

There's no arrival lounge yet you can get in the departure lounge and have a shower there. It's a bit of an headache and the two times I did it required us to pass the immigration checkpoint. Best is you advise TG in BKK's airport so that the CDG ground staff is waiting for you with a lounge invitation. Than they need to ask the custom staff to let you through . It worked twice for me but not as smooth as you could hope. Lounge is nothing great but way better than waiting a couple of hours by the luggage belt for my custom broker as I used to do ...
