Earning UA miles on TG domestic flights
Hi i'm flying within Thailand on Thai Airways (3 legs) and wanted to earn some UA miles. Do you guys know if TG 'M' fare codes are elligible to earn UA miles?
Also do you know if you earn actual mileage or the 500 min.

You should be able to earn miles, don't know about minimum earn rate though.
The UA board might have more information - the TG website only offers what mileage earning rate is for TG ROP from *A airlines, and not the other way around.
You might also try the StarAlliance Board - there is some very good information on rates and booking classes.

Yes, you can credit the miles. But by how much - that is something I am not sure.
My sister got credited for a real flight miles (i.e around 300sth). On different flights, I got credited for 500 minimum miles.
At least, you get 100% or more (unlike some booking class in SQ or TG where you get 50% or 0%)

You will not earn 500 min miles per segment if that segment distance is actually less than 500 miles either domestic or international...e.g. Bangkok-Hochimin (actual distance 461, so I earned 461 on my MP).
Thailand domestic segments will give you elite qualification segments on UA MP but you will only earn actual mileage. Only on TG ROP, you will earn 500 min.
