Anyone else having problems with TG website?
 

I have been trying to see some miles have been posted yet or not? And for the last few days it takes me ages to log onto my account? Its always timing out! I have checked it in Auckland, Singapore & India! So i know it can't be the internet connection?

Anyone else facing problems? Its quite annoying?

And how long do you wait for miles to post before sending in the boarding passes!

Its quite a vital flight as it takes me 1,200 miles over the 50,000 Gold re-qualification limit :D

The ROP section goes down more often than a hooker in Patpong - and always has. However I use MileTracker (saves having to log on myself) and it's working now

Been having problems logging into my account to view my miles too :mad:

Still the same today too.

Working fine for me now. I'm accessing it from within Thailand.

The pages work fine including the mileage statement and other "active" pages.

Now it's not working. Apparently they have problem with the www.thaiair.com server which is hosted on a different server from www.thaiairways.com. The active contents and apps are on www.thaiair.com server.

Logging onto the main web page is fine - but trying to access mileage account is proving difficult.

Anyone knows whats happening or going on with TG website?

I'm still having problems and have been for four days--the same sort as Joe de London. I'm looking for BKK-DPS and also either JFK-BKK or LAX-BKK. Thai must be losing tons of $$$ with its website down.

I have been trying to access my account, not a ROP member, to check my bookings for this month for the last few days, no success.
Every time I log in I get an error message.
Is it possible once logged in on the TG website to check your bookings like you do with SQ? I have never had to do that but wanted to check my seats for a couple of flights we are doing end of this month.

The ROP site is now functional including the mileage statement page.

You can check TG bookings on TG web site if you book it through TG or Amadeus system. You can also use Amadeus' www.checkmytrip.com to view your TG Amadeus bookings.
