New Thai First Class
I have finally managed to get a flight with the new first class configuration (10 seats). :p Has anyone flown this before? What is it like? I have heard mixed reviews?
I know TG are very well known for changing aircraft at last minute so please don't post warning such as this. It's taken me ages to find an aircraft with this configuration .... so please let me dream about getting it ;) |

Go for the window seats as they give you more lateral space between the seat and the window than the middle seats which are stuck together. Window in the lavs....at least on this aircraft not sure that ethy have any on the jumbo. Enjoy |

The service and seats are both exceptional. I selected the second row for this flight and was not disappointed. There is a great deal of room and an extremely large table capable of accommodating meal services for two people. The foot rest in front of the seat will allow a guest to dine with you if you are traveling with someone in First Class. If my memory is accurate, you will receive an Elle sleeper suit along with an Hermes amenity kit. They will also give you a nice bar of soap and a Thai orchard during or toward the end of your flight. I hope your experience was as wonderful and pleasant. |
Bar of soap ?
