Accompanying PRM on one ticket (4 adults) + *G baggage question

We are travelling on one PNR with 4 adults. One has wheelchair assistance booked and has been told to check in at a desk in Row A close to the fast track area as they are entitled to use that. Can the other three passengers accompany the passenger in the wheelchair as they are a group of four on the same ticket or is there a limit to this like one accompanying passenger?

Also, on an unrelated note, another passenger of the four has *G via SQ. Do all bags get tagged priority with *G or only the one passenger with status (who then has to wait for all the other bags anyway)?

Thanks!

THAI are usually very good at special arrangements, and all 4 pax can check-in together at Row A.

All bags will get priority tagging assuming the *G member identifies themselves first. Whilst there is no Star Alliance policy that all 4 pax are entitled to priority tagging (AFAIK), but if all on the same PNR it seems to be done with no issues.

Even if you are not on the same PNR but on the same route, you would be able to check in together and all get tagged with priority tags. I suggest that the one holding *A G will do the actual check-in; handing out the 4 passports, saying that s/he a *A G and one person is in need of assistance.

Check-in yes, fast track maybe not. They have (sorry to say) fortunately started to clamp down on people accessing Fast Track, I think, as I have witnessed several occasions over the past two months where people with one wheelchair or one baby try to bring an entire family travelling in Y through - one companion (or in case of baby, both parents only) was allowed, the rest sent to normal security.

Just to report back, all four were allowed through Fast Track together but only the *G bags were tagged as priority - they asked individually which bag was for which passenger and didnt tag the other three. I didnt bother chasing as we have to wait for wheelchair assistance on arrival anyway so the other two passengers can go ahead to baggage reclaim.
