Earning Miles on ANA Codeshare Flights (Japan Domestic)
Hello all, apologies for asking but the ROP conditions don't mention this specifically. Normally the ROP earning on NH flights is quite good, however, there are a lot of destinations within Japan that ANA does not operate by themselves, but which are offered with a codeshare partner such as Starflyer or Air Do. If a ticket is booked through ANA with an NH... codeshare flight number, is this eligible formileage accrual on ROP? As per ANA website at least *G benefits apply to these flights. Thanks for helping!

THAIs website says:
Codeshare flights among Star Alliance airlines also earn miles according to the paid booking class code. These tickets will show a 2 letter/digit airline code, followed by a 4 digit flight number, and can be purchased from the marketing carrier, travel website or travel agent.
In both cases discounted fares may not earn full miles, or may not be eligible for mileage accrual. Travel on a codeshare flight purchased from a marketing carrier and operated by another Star Alliance airline may not be eligible for mileage accrual.
Mileage credit is based on booking classes designated by an operating carrier only, which may be different from the booking classes when purchasing tickets with a marketing carrier.

I can finally report back on this: took a return flight with StarFlyer on the route HND-KKJ yesterday, but booked via the ANA website (NH flight number). Miles have been succesfully credited to my ROP account, although I needed to verify the number at the check-in counter. Since there was enough time before the flight, no problem to do so.
