I was curious about PDB at ZRH as we departed there to BKK in Sep 2019. I see my wife has a soft drink as PDB, but no pics of myself. Once airborne I did have champagne. Ill confess to also finding the Whisky Bar in the Senator Lounge

Not F, but PDB related - until just now I had happily forgotten that TG is too cheap to pay duty to serve on the ground in CPH as well

Travelling in 1st on London to Bangkok departing in about 2 hours. Went to the Air Canada Lounge 3 hrs and 4 mins before departure and was informed by the lounge dragon that new rules did not allow entry until 3 hours before departure. She persisted and was not flexible, so I told her that I won't be back and walked a few steps to the Singapore Airlines lounge.

isn't the F section of the SQ lounge much better than the Maple Leaf lounge anyway? I went straight there and did not even have a look at the Maple Leaf (know them from FRA and was not impressed either)

I didn't realize there is a time limit to using the Maple Leaf Lounge in LHR. (Even on a first class ticket!) Does this apply to all MLLs, I wonder? Such as FRA.

AirNZ also has a lounge time limit of 4 hours (I think). This can be negotiated somewhat if you are in transit.

Yes - maybe Air Canada had some foresight in knowing that there would be a problem although boarding was on time. 1 hr 25 mins late arrival so compared to many others we consider ourselves fortunate to be home.
