Transit in BKK (<3 hrs.)
Does BKK allow transit passengers? Would appreciate any comments. Travel is June 4 or 5 from MNL - ICN transit in BKK on Thai Airways using miles.

As of currently, if on one single ticket it should be fine, otherwise not. Hopefully things will have changed for the better by June but who knows.

I've heard various reports that transit passengers are kept in a waiting area at BKK and not allowed to visit shops and the lounge etc. Is this true?
We have an 11 hour transit SIN/BKK/ARN coming up in mid-May.
Many thanks.

inbound transit passengers to the sealed flights to Phuket or Samui are kept in a special sealed waiting area....
