This is something that is at the discretion of the SPA staff... if departing in biz class 95% of the time the pax is only offered J treatments, as per their entitlement. We've had the occasional report where someone got lucky and was offered the one hour massage. But that was at a quiet time.

Absolutely worth asking - but the expectation should be biz class.

they sent me to the business one which was fine for me. Also want to note that they didn't tell me it was time to board and that my gate was a 15-20 minute walk from the first class lounge. I assumed they were going to give me a ride and when I asked for one they said no so I had to run to the gate.
