Lacoste amenity kit

Just boarded in London and surprised to see that the usual no-name (or obscure-name) amenity kit has been replaced with a Lacoste kit. All the stuff inside remains the same.

Can’t say it makes a big difference to me but I know some do put value in these things!

So ugly and so simple! First look wow! then you open and look again at the bag ? Seriously? Huge disappointment. :(
i was really thinking..mhmm. inside you can get a little fancy things from Lacoste. Instead of that you got cheap crap from every flight you can get on Thai airways.
Anti commercial for Lacoste, that is for sure.

They don’t help themselves much: eg, permitting the discount sale of items in that ‘outlet’ place on the ground floor of Amarin Plaza, much of it looking like it has been on the floor ( or in a stock room ) since the 70s/80s.

:D
the brand is hopeless out!
the owner family earns now money from tolls on Italian highways

I wish they could change the dull new amenity kit in F as well for flights that depart from foreign airports.
The new F amenity kit TG gives out to F pax on ex-Europe/Japan routes is terrible.

The Lacoste kits look like the generic bag with a brand-name slapped on you get in PE on some airlines. A "CERRUTI 1881" branded PE kit on LH comes to mind.
