actually only if you continue your trip on TG
but you can ask and tell them that you did not have a F lounge on your point of departure in F (which is true for example for FRA, where there is no F available for TG F) and ask to compensate for this.
you will at least get pick up and golf cart upon arrival...

BinSabai's point is that there is no 'entitlement' to access to the F lounge in your situation, but if you ask at the F lounge on arrival at BKK you might be allowed access (although no 'hard luck' story as there is an F lounge in SYD).
This situation is handled differently under One World rules, but for Star Alliance lounge are for your departing class of service (there are some program specific variations for members of those programs)

If you don't get access I wouldn't worry too much. The SQ J lounge at BKK is streets ahead of the TG J offering and much closer to TG's F class lounge (just not as quiet, ambience wise).

You could try to change your feeder to SIN, TG usually has much better availability for awards on the BKK-SIN-BKK route IME.

Indeed, thank heavens for the SQJ lounge, TG lounges are a disgrace at their HUB, even the F lounge looks worn out these days.

Good point. If the OP can fly TG->TG then - assuming a same day connection - they will have access to the TG F lounge in transit.

Yes, it’s an F lounge but the food offering is reduced from what it used to be, the noise from those announcements is a pain & it’s in drastic need of refurbishment, just looks very tired & worn out.

Food in SQ lounge better than in TG F? certainly not!
It's maybe easier in SQ to get an impression what they have as all food is displayed on a buffet. in TG F there is a display (of mostly cold food), while the hot food is chosen from an iPad menu and freshly prepared (which is certainly better than kept warm on a buffet)
Overall choice and quality is still better in TG F, beverages much better
