55 min connection BKK

I'm looking at booking a flight in mid-Jan but concerned about the short connection time (55 min).
Dubai to BKK arrive at 0650 am
BKK to Manila depart at 0745 am
I'll be using Thai Airways all the way and bag will be check thru to Manila.
I'm a fast walker but seems very tight to me...doable?

If it isn’t a legal connection, the website won’t let you book it.

I had a similar length once that worked out, but was mighty stressful and rushed.

doable
if on one ticket and they let you book it, they will rebook you to the second flight to Manila if you miss it or they will even escort and rush you to the departing plane if arriving plane is a bit late...
arriving planes from Europe or mid East in the morning seem to be usual on time or even a bit early

Totally doable. Worse case is arrive end of C and leave end of E (or similar). 20 minute walk plus max 10 minutes for security. If you have a late arrival just show your BP/ticket to the TG agents when you get off the plane and they'll expedite you. Bus gate coming in will add 10 minutes, but you'll make it up on the walk.

BKK TG624 alway delayed push back and closed the door due to they waiting connect pax from Dubai Flight and vice versa TG621 late arrival BKK-DXB always delayed departure due to wait from this flight. when you arrival you will see TG Staff to expedite you by Golf Cart to dubai gate.

yes indeed, TG has a good organization in BKK to rush passengers faster to the connecting flight
Whenever i arrive on a delayed flight (which does not happen so often), I see ground staff with according flight number/destination waiting for their passengers on a tight connection

Picking up this old thread, I have a connection next week HKT-BKK-AKL (all in J on one ticket) and the connection time is 1.05. Sounds like its doable right?

55 min work out for all connections if both flights are operated by Thai AIrways (mainline)
If domestic light is operated by Thai Smile and you will connect to international Thai Airways flight, then require 1hr 5min.

It certainly is; nothing to worry about. You will clear immigration at HKT so once landed and in the terminal you take the escalators upstairs and proceed though transfer security check; easy.
