OP has to tell to ground staff (who pick him up with the golf cart from the arrival gate), that he would like to first go to FCL instead of straight to main immigration and exit
First thing: the massage extreem curious to the first class lounge, big chance we will not leave

Just a question about food in First Class - have ordered the Lobster Thermidor ex FRA and the Thai Set Meal 1 ex BKK.

If we wanted something off the main menu too, would that usually be permitted as long as it hadn't ran out?

in addition? most of the crews would be happy to serve if you still are not full (after appetizers, caviar, starter, main, cheese/fruits and sweets) and if it's not taken by the other passengers. order it early and you can have 2-3 main meals between the starter and the cheese plate
and taste all 4-5 wines available in addition to the DOM
Remember, in BKK you get the golf cart on arrival and they will carry you through Immigration if necessary but in FRA you have to walk (escorted though)
