I didn't transit.
I entered and exited Thailand on different days using other airlines.

Traveling on JAL in Business Class arriving at BKK. What is the difference between the fast track lane vs. immigration priority lane? Does one significantly save time upon arrival as we will be landing around midnight?

Just use the nearest one you find. Even the normal lanes may be quite OK.

if you arrive in lower D (until D4) or C, the one in Arrival Hall East (on the right side behind the lanes for Thais) is the neares; if you arrive E, F, G or high D, the one between Arrival Hall East and West is the fastest
