Does TG interline with ThaiSmile on separate tickets?

Hi Forum, apologies if this has been asked again. I did search the forum and found lots of similar cases, but not my exact case.

I am flying Luang Prabang (LPQ) to Bangkok (BKK) to Phuket (HKT).

The first flight will be operated by ThaiSmile, but booked through Thaiair.com and I have booked the TG-flight number (not the WE/ThaiSmile flight number).
The second flight is a regular Thai Airways flight.
The reason for the separate tickets is that fact that there is no Business Class available on the ThaiSmile flight and I have not managed to book this journey with different classes on one ticket.

My question: What are the chances that Thai in LPQ will interline my bags all the way to HKT?

Thank you!

if Thai Smile's policy is not total contrary to it's mother company TG, it should be possible.
I have checked through luggage on TG on separate tickets of other *A carriers many times and never had a problem

In my experience, WE doesn’t interline on a separate ticket with other *A carrier but will with TG.
