New amenity kits?

Normally receive the black "thahn" cloth kits.

Was surprised to see a navy furla kit. Much better imo

the past few weeks I had a Furla black, a cream and red Naraya and last week a blue Greyhound.... at least in F you will still have the Rimowa, collected a pink and grey and gave them away :).

got the blue-one last week on two flights, too

5 sectors in the past 6 weeks, each a different kit: Greyhound ( not good, with a silly zip that goes diagonally across the top), NaRaYa ( in purple/cream Thai colours, cloth),2 Thann ( grey with yellow trim and the other orange trim), one Furla in very nice cloth.

All of the above and black Samsonite plastic pouch out of Incheon.

given the diversity of kits in J, there seems to be no concept...

Oh, there's grey version of the Samsointe plastic pouch too. :D

well, after so many years with THANN there may be a new concept of "diversity"....

Best Business class amenity kits are the Rimowa kits on Eva, same identical hardware as the THAI F kits, but contents not quite as good....but close, considering its a Business Class kit.

I agree with Paolo64 that the Furla kit is the nicest I have had in THAI Business Class recently. Greyhound is cheap looking...since when does anyone want an amenity kit from an American long haul bus company?

I also had a very nice Business Class kit recently on SAS from Copenhagen to Washington, canvas and cloth in a very muted grey and tan, with a very discreet SAS logo.....classy

I believe Greyhound in this case is a Thai "lifestyle" brand (food + clothes). You may have visited their cafes in Bangkok or HK

I actually much prefer Greyhound amenity to Furla. I find vinyl Furla looks cheap and but Greyhound has characters and much more distinctive. The contents in Greyhound amenity are reasonably good Thai spa products. I personally find Greyhound is the BEST amenity pack so far I have ever received from Thai business class.

These are 8 different types of kit I have had in Thai J.

Thann
Furla
Greyhound
Mandarina duck
Porsche
Samsonite
Divana (this was on board during Princess Chulabhorn's birthday celebrations in the last couple of weeks).
The Blue basket one does not have a name on it but was on board during Queen Sirikit's last birthday celebration period.
