Munich services

It would seem that flying TG out of Munich is very much an At Your Own Risk decision. The entire flight (but not the operating aircraft) was cancelled a few weeks ago, and the flight was considerable delayed in the last day or two, both for the same reason

there was one delay of around 2.5 hours yesterday 28.4. but I do not think that the two incidents are connected
you will probably also not find much info about the first incident as this is kept very low profile

I had first a change of equipment, from a A380 to B747 and a 3.5 hours delay from KIX on 28.4 evening flight. Wonder if that's related to the above MUC delay.

can not be as at that time plane HS-TGA was on the way from MUC to BKK
you were on HS-TGO, who departed already with 4 hours delay from BKK to KIX

If you are going to give people hints on where to look, you are being too subtle, I have no idea. I am assuming the flight operated but without passengers?

I don't agree - MUC operations is and has to be extremely reliable, for good reasons.
It's unique aircraft is a daily B744 operation - nothing else - no aircraft swaps or seasonal cancellations like in Frankfurt or somewhere else.
The only swap is either 10 "old F-class" cabin with seats or new 9 "new F-class mini suites..and this may be political.

why should the swap from new to old 747 be political?
the thread is about totally different incidents
