It looks like the Royal Thai Air Force has purchased an A345 from THAI.
Thai air force agrees to buy Thai Airways jet to boost transport capabilities
The Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) is set to procure from national carrier Thai Airways a decommissioned Airbus A340-500 passenger jet for THB1.75 billion (USD50 million), Thai Airways confirmed on 17 May.
A contract to procure the aircraft is scheduled to be signed in June that will call on the RTAF to pay for the aircraft in four installments in 2016 and 2017.
The aircraft is expected to be converted for military use by state-owned Thai Aviation Industries: the country's primary military aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul specialist.
The contract also includes the provision of spare parts, a spare engine, and associated equipment.

Thai to sell off Nok Air stake, delays A350 EIS date
Thai Airways International (TG, Bangkok Suvarnabhumi) will sell off its shareholdings in several independent firms as it proceeds with the next phase of its restructuring programme airline president Charamporn Jotikasthira has said.
Announcing a Q1 net profit of THB6 billion (USD168.5 million), Charamporn told a news conference this week that the shareholdings will include a 37% stake in local LCC Nok Air (DD, Bangkok Don Mueang) as well as a 23% stake in Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services.
The Nation newspaper reports that the carrier will also issue refinancing bonds worth THB7 billion (USD196.5 million) this year and will also invest THB100 billion (USD280.8 million) in maintenance projects.
Meanwhile, Thai has delayed the A350's planned entry-into-service date by one month Airline Route has reported.
Whereas the carrier's first A350-900 was to have made its commercial debut on the July 1 rotation between Bangkok Suvarnabhumi and Melbourne Tullamarine, that date has now been pushed back to August 1.
Thai has a total of twelve A350s on order from Airbus Industrie (AIB, Toulouse Blagnac) the first of which, HS-THB (cn 44), was to have been delivered this month.

THAI proceeds with restructuring programme
THAI AIRWAYS International (THAI) is convinced that its financial performance this year will show an improvement over last year, in line with its plan recently submitted to the State Enterprise Policy Committee board.
"The bottom line would definitely improve as we are strictly proceeding with our restructuring plans," THAI president Charamporn Jotikasthira said at a press conference yesterday.
Last year, THAI reported a net loss of Bt13 billion.
THAI plans to issue refinancing bonds worth Bt7 billion this year and invest Bt100 billion on maintenance projects, said Charamporn.
He revealed that the airline would next week finalise its second early retirement programme, which is expected to cost the company about Bt2.2 billion.
Asset disposal
Meanwhile, the disposal of non-core assets is going on, including a 39-per-cent stake in Nok Air and 23 per cent in Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services.

Some of these numbers look strange.
First, BHT100 billion invested in maintenance projects look gigantic.
Second, TG receives a nice gift from the air force for a plane that is basically worthless.
And who is buying Nok shares?

The airline plans to launch thrice-weekly flights between Bangkok and Tehran, Iran, on Oct 1 on the back of strong demand. It will also resume flights between Bangkok and Moscow on Nov 1. The route was suspended last year as part of its restructuring plan.

Thailand remains Europe’s favourite long-haul getaway. But with Middle East airlines putting evermore flights into the kingdom and beyond and short haul budget airlines building market share at the expense of the country’s flag carrier, Thai Airways International (THAI) president, Charamporn Jotikasthira, might sometimes wish he was back at his old job running the country’s stock exchange.......

The airline has tweaked its schedule to offer better hub connectivity to 28 cities, particularly between Europe and Australia, once the carrier’s bread and butter.
