Trying to get my TK flight credited to my Thai TG FF mileages account.
 
Can somebody tell me how long it normally takes to get the TK flown mileages credited to another airlines FF program account?
I flew on TK business class ( booking class is good for 100 % of the miles ) and used my Thai TG card during check-in on both ways.
After 2 months i still don’t have the mileages on my Thai account. :td:
I send the boarding passes to Thai for the mileages and they told me that they need 8 weeks to check this. :confused:

Probably name issue between TG account and ticket name. Middle name added or missing?

merijn, that sounds horrible. I'm trying to do the same, flying TK in mid-January HKG/IST/LAX/IST/HKG and crediting mileage to TG ROP on a TK U ticket. Let us know if indeed even within 8 weeks you do finally get your mileage on TG ROP.

Then you need to address this with TG and not ask about here on TK's forum.
