Flying HKT-BKK-ICN on TG in about two weeks. (Business to BKK, First to ICN)
Given there is no (proper) lounge in the international terminal (HKT), is the latest advice to stay domestic to BKK, then pick up bags and head up to TG FC check-in and clear immigration in BKK?
(I will be checking one bag and have no timing issues in BKK.)
Thanks in advance.

True. Seems like it is an unknown.
Given that there is no (proper) lounge in the international terminal and customs may or may not be fixed, I am leaning towards staying domestic until BKK. Obviously, customs/immigration/security will be a breeze at BKK. (Don't care about the buggy ride, except gets to the lounge quicker.)
