EZ-Pass parking problems at IAH?
 

Is anyone else having problems with the new EZ-Pass at specifically Terminal C parking? The arm should go up as you enter, but it never does and I have to back up and get a ticket. It has worked for me in the past, but last 2 trips it has not. I asked the cashier and she just says sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I've never had an issue and use it at least once a week. I would check with HCTRA and see if it is an issue with your EZ Pass - we have four cars with EZ Pass and all go through the airport fine both ways.

It took me a few calls to HCTRA to get my tag activated, but since then I've not had any problems.

Thank you for responding...it works on my husband's vehicle, just not mine. I guess I need to make a call...thanks again!
