Any recommendations for corp type housing for Austin

A friend will be on temporary assignment in Austin for up to three weeks at a time for at least three months. Can anyone recommend any reasonably priced extended stay or corporate apartments or other in the Arboretum area?

For corporate apts like Oakwood, do you have to set up separate utilities, internet, cable, etc or is it already wired and included with your daily rate?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Bradford Suites are excellent on Capital of Texas Highway, as well as an Towneplace Suites across the road. Across from several restaurants and several grocery stores within walking distance.

There is also a Holiday Inn - Staybridge Suites in this same area.

I have found the Bradford Suites to be a very good price and good service.

This Staybridge is the one I mentioned in the previous post.

I actually lived in the apartment building across from this Staybridge, and they do a fantastic job. I've recommened about 50 of my customers to stay there, and they all had good visits. Pretty impressive %.
