Zella, I loved Swanky Franky back in 67- 68. They had the deepest, most delicious pan pizza and I even wrote about it in a book a couple years ago.
We dined inside, so if you hopped drive-ups, we prolly never met.
If it's gone now, it's El Paso's loss. There was a superb Mexican joint in San Antonio about the time, on Pecan Valley & Goliad, named- "Big ERn's Taco Palace" and I've not forgotten his perfect enchiladas! http://cdn.flyertalk.com/forum/images/icons/icon12.gif
