Taxi/Shuttle between the DFW Airport and the Plano Area
Hi!
I've been using SuperShuttle/ExecuCar to transport between the DFW airport and the Plano area for years.
Unfortunately, they recently shut down their service in the DFW area so I am now looking for an alternative.
Is there any suggestion for a reliable taxi or shuttle company that allows advance booking and provides punctual services?
Public transportation takes too long and I am also trying to avoid using ride-sharing services such as Uber & Lyft.
Thanks!

Have you tried Alto?
Local to DFW area. It's a cross between a rideshare and a car service. All cars are owned by the company so they are consistent and while you can order through the app they also do scheduled pickups.

However, they do not provide an option to book a future ride like traditional taxi/shuttle services.
I believe their fleet is much smaller than Uber & Lyft and wonder how many minutes will it take for them to arrive.
Thanks!

I'm not sure but I just looked and DFW (nor DAL) show as options on their website.
I have heard that they are stopping service to PHX; last day is 12/31/2019.
Perhaps rideshare has cut into their profitability? Someone in my neighborhood posted on Next Door how Super Shuttle took about 75 min to AUS (normally about a 30-40 min drive). It was all the stopping to pick up others. Tough to stomach, especially at their rate (about $50), when Uber/Lyft are only $5-10 more.

I have contact information for a couple of drivers who used to moonlight with ExecuCar.
