The trickiest part of nesting quotes (as in the example you cited) is to make sure every quote has a corresponding /quote in the correct place.

Another problem is users tend to cut a little of the BBCode when snipping the quotes down to that on which they are commenting (snipping is actually the preferred practice when only commenting on a small portion of the post). Remember, Preview Post is your friend.
