Can't connect using web browser
Is there something wrong with Flyertalk? I can only connect using a text browser?
|
OK, it seems that it's not a browser problem. It's a DNS problem. I think that Flyertalk has been removed from the global DNS database, but of course this update has made it to only some of the ISP's. When the cache timers expire for the rest, it will be gone everywhere. Someone should look into this ASAP!!!
Go to network-tools.com and see if you can reach Flyertalk to see this. They aren't the only ones. |
Whatever the problem was, it's fixed now. I check the two different ISP's that had lost the DNS record for flyertalk.com and they are both OK now.
These were two completely different ISP's, one in the US and one in the Netherlands. But both lost the DNS records so I think it must have been a global issue. |
