Newbee need help on ff points use
 

never used FF points. Want to use Amex Membership rewards points for trip from Tampa to Oslo in June via Delta to JFK and Finair to Oslo. I have a few points on these Airlines..AA,Co, Delta United. How do I work this so I can use FF miles RT?

For a start, try posting your question in the forum for the airline in which you have the most points. And, unless, you have at least, say, 12500 points in one program, don't expect to get much.
