Thread subscriptions not being emailed anymore!
 

Since the end of december I have not been able to receive any emails from flyertalk. No pm notifications, no thread update notifications, etc. I am subscribed to over 30 which have updates daily but the notifications do not come anymore. I have emailed help three times with no response from them. I have reset my account to default and reentered everything and still no change.

I have been trying to fix this for over 2 weeks with no help or results.

On a related note, some of my notifications are now coming from a different email address, in a different (and less helpful) form.

Normally, these emails come from [email protected] - but some (apparently at random) are now coming from [email protected] with less information (eg without the text of the post being notified).

Is this "by design"?

Hello EasternTraveler. I replied to an email you sent on Jan. 20. I've just resent in case it was accidentally diverted to your junk folder, so please be on the lookout.

I'm not sure why that would have changed, but will look into it. Thanks for the feedback.

Did not get the 20th email, not even in spam. I did receive it today and responded along with the last message received date of 12/24/2009.
