Today at login I got following message:

Your password is 748 days old, and has therefore expired.

Please change your password using this page.


I am really surprised, that my password expired. Is this new ?

for me, i've had the same pw since my join date of 2/2004 and have never changed it or been asked to change it :confused:

Did this happen at the same time the word "moderator" appeared under your handle, by any chance ? ;)

Coincidental timing?
 

Good point... it would seem coincidental timing (if not directly related to your super powers being granted on the IC forum.

I've only been given a 'thanks but not at this time' kind of response to applications to volunteer on FT in previous years, so only your FT insiders could answer with confidence.

If you're posting you're logged in, so please share the news if you did get an answer from the higher-ups.
