Can't find a thread I started. What am I doing wrong?
Trying to find a thread I started about a couple of years ago in the Starwood forum. I put in Thunderroad as the user and ask for threads started by me, but get back an FT message saying that my search is confusing. What am I doing wrong?

Not sure how you conduct your search. There are more than one ways to search for a post/thread. I was able to pull up 216 threads you've started over the years since 2003 by going to your profile and click on "Find all threads started by":
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/searc...&starteronly=1 BTW, if you ever run into problem with search function/feature, please visit the master thread on search problems and join the discussion. IB has been working on the beta search and FTers have been providing non-stop contribution to the "status update": Search Problems |
To make it easier.... tell it to only look for thread you started in the Starwood Forum. Then you will find 13 threads.

Was your thread about a specific property? If so, perhaps it has been merged into the master thread about that hotel.
