Captcha Doesn't Work on Suggest Thread for Talkmail screen

The captcha doesn't work on the suggest thread for talk mail screen. All you get is a broken image icon. Since the captcha doesn't display it is not possible to enter it on the form.

I was trying to suggest Call US Airways Executive Offices regarding new Dividend Miles changes http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=835168 for TalkMail

This might have been a temporary glitch, as we have been receiving suggestions regularly.

I just tested it and it seemed to work fine. If you run into this issue again, do let me know, but my gut is telling me this was just an odd glitch in the system.

It is happening now (6/18/2008 at 5:22 EDT).

I went back to that thread, clicked on Thread Tools ->Suggest Thread for Talk Mail and the captcha graphic is missing.

I am using IE 7. It is showing the path to the captcha should be:
http://webservices2.internetbrands.com/captcha/image/

But it is also showing that graphic is not available.

I just tried it in Firefox 2.0.0.14 with the same result.

Thanks for the update, we'll look into it.

That's not the correct url. I have an inkling of what is wrong and will look into (thanks for posting the url -- it confirmed my suspicions)

Okay, I put some logging on this yesterday (I've not been able to observe it personally) and that turned up the source of the problem. I think I have it fixed, please let me know if it isn't.
