FT makes daylight saving adjustments for places without DST
 
Every half year, the time stamps in Singapore go wrong.

When the US goes on DST, Singapore - in FT's mind - follows suit.

Now I will live one hour in the future .... for a while at least.

Can't you uncheck the option to adjust for DST?

(or maybe you need to check it?)

Yes you can ... but doesn't that defy the purpose? Or is DST always the American DST applied to FT?

As in Oz (and hence prolly also in NZ) the DST options corrects for Aussie DST correctly of memory serves right.
