Editing your post conflicts with Google Ad if you're the last post in a thread.
 
Just ran into this.

I posted to a thread, and at the time I was the last post in the thread. This meant I had that Google Ad box on the bottom right portion of my post. I wanted to make a change and clicked on the "Edit" link. This pulled up the edit window, but the text-based Google Ad was still displayed in exactly the same location. That meant the post text and the ad text was overlaid. The edit function worked, and when clicking on the overlaying text it was as though I was in the edit function normally (not accidentally considering it a click on the ad). Still, it was virtually impossible to see what I was actually editing because the ad's text was displayed as well.

If you click the "Go Advanced" button, you will get a full function editing window without the ad. :)
