Can't see Coupon Connection

I've been a member since 2000 and have at least 97 posts, yet I can't see Coupon Connection. Should I be looking in some special place?
Thanks

a) log out and log back in

b) Look in the "Community" section

Please do read the Coupon Connection Guidelines and FAQ before posting :)

is the access immediate or does it take some time?

Didn't they change it to 180 posts now to gain access? I know it was 90 last year, but I think it was changed again.

I believe that Tim stated recently that the computer updates access hourly. You should log out and back in again; others have said that helps.

As far as we Coupon Connection moderators know, it is 90 days and 90 posts. ;) Omni is 180 days and 180 posts.

This is correct. :) Thanks,

Thanks. I can see it now.
I'm not quite sure which FAQ I should have looked at. The only relevant one I see says:
"in order to access Coupon Connection 90 days membership on FlyerTalk is required, along with 90 posts."
But I already knew that, and assumed it in the way I asked my question.

I'm having the same problem, I'll try logging out and logging back in.

In terms of the requirements, this might not be useful to those who haven't "earned" their Coupon Connection privilege yet since it's listed under the CC forum and they cannot see it.

For those of us who do see Coupon Connection, we would know we'd made the cut. The "requirements" then would be of no concern, right? ;)

You need 90 days on FT AND 90 contributing posts.

(Meaning "post-padding" -- which the moderators and others are very good at spotting :D -- is frowned on: http://www.flyertalk.com/help/rules.php#q92 )

CC can be found in the "Community" section of FT.

Travis,

Often, members have indicated they had to log out and back in for their status to change and access to be gained.

Try that... and if it does not happen... send a message to the technical staff... they are great at getting things fixed.

CC access can take up to one hour to be activated for a user that has just qualified for it, so in most cases where the user is counting down to access they will notice a bit of time between when they qualify and can actually access the area. Thanks,
